Who we are

Call Mirror LLC, based in California, provides transparent AI-powered call evaluation services.

Information we collect

Account information you provide: name, business name, email, and billing details. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor, Stripe, we do not see or store full card numbers.

Evaluation data: the phone number(s) you authorize us to evaluate, recordings of evaluation calls, and the scores and reports generated from them.

Website data: basic analytics such as pages visited, used to improve the site.

How we use information

To provide the service (place evaluation calls, generate reports), to bill you, to communicate with you (including sending your reports and your signed agreement), and to improve our service.

How your data is protected

Our website and portal are served over encrypted HTTPS (SSL) connections. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Access to your account and reports is protected by authentication, and recordings and reports are accessible only through your account or the private report link generated for you. We limit access to client data to what is necessary to operate the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers that make Call Mirror work, our AI calling, voice, transcription, scoring, email, and payment providers, each only to the extent needed to deliver the service, and with legal authorities if required by law.

Recording and consent

Evaluation calls are recorded as a core part of the service. Clients authorize these recordings for the numbers they submit and are responsible for appropriate notice to their own staff, as described in our Service Agreement.

Data retention and deletion

We retain recordings and reports so you can access them for training. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@callmirror.com; we will honor deletion requests except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact info@callmirror.com to exercise these rights.
